Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the community site.

Accounts

One person may hold one account. Choose a handle that is not offensive, does not impersonate another person or brand, and does not contain contact details. TFEX may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Community conduct

Do not harass or threaten other members. Do not impersonate a person, brand or TFEX staff member. Do not post unlawful content. Staff may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content you post

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting it you grant TFEX a licence to display it on the site.

Polls and announcements

Polls and announcements on the site are informal and non-binding. They do not create a legal obligation on TFEX or on any member.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. The TFEX token is not offered, sold or distributed through the community site.

Termination

TFEX may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

Changes

These terms may change as the community site develops. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new Updated date.
