TFEX FOUNDATION
GIVE THE GAME
BACK.
Fifteen percent of every TFEX project fee is set aside for athletes and the communities that raised them. The TFEX Foundation is how that money gets where it is going, in public, with a receipt.
WHERE THE
MONEY GOES.
The Foundation gives. It does not run programs of its own. Four places the money is meant to land.
Athlete relief
Grants to established non-profits that support injured, retired and financially struggling athletes.
Youth access
Youth sports organizations that cover equipment, fees, travel and coaching so cost never decides who plays.
Athlete-led causes
A TFEX athlete partner names a cause close to home. The Foundation funds it or matches what they raise.
Scholarships
Tuition, books and living support for student-athletes who keep their grades and their game.
SOCIAL PROOF
BUILT WITH PEOPLE
WHO ALREADY DO THE WORK.
The Foundation starts with partners who were doing this before TFEX existed.

HOW A GRANT
WORKS.
Four steps, every time, with the last one done in public.
- 01
NOMINATE
Athlete partners and TFEX members put forward an organization or a cause.
- 02
VET
The team confirms the recipient is a registered non-profit or equivalent and that the money reaches the field.
- 03
FUND
The grant is sent from a published Foundation wallet, on chain, where anyone can trace it.
- 04
PUBLISH
Recipient, amount, date and purpose go on the Transparency Center with an impact receipt.
WHERE THIS STANDS
We would rather say this plainly than let anyone assume it.
- The TFEX Foundation has not yet been formed. It is a goal the team plans to pursue after the token launches.
- It is not incorporated and has not applied for or received 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.
- Until it exists, the 15% share is held by the project treasury in a wallet listed on the Transparency Center.
- Holding TFEX is not a donation and gives no tax deduction. The fee share comes from project fees, not from you.
- If a 501(c)(3) cannot be established, the team will publish an alternative plan for the same 15% share before anything changes.
